I. Definition:
flexible graphite packing is waved by expanded graphite yarns, and it is weaved with different weaving technologies, usually, it is applied in many situations other than strong oxidant, it can be used to seal hot water, high temperature, high pressure steam, heat exchange agent, hydrogen, ammonia, organic solvent, hydrocarbon, low temperature liquid and other seal mediums. It is a unique new compressed seal packing.
II. Usage:
it is used in the pump spindle, cylinder rod, valve rod, interface and other places easy for liquid leakage at the connections of centrifugal pump, reciprocating pump, valve, pipeline and other sections of petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, machinery, papermaking as well as other industries.

IV. Application:
1. GLG—201-1,it is applied in low pressure valve, the largest pressure is 5 MPA, and refer to GLG—201-1chart data for other data.
2. GLG—201-1-1, GLG—201-1-2, GLG—201-1-3, GLG—201-1-4, GLG—201 C, GLG—201 D, they are applied in high pressure valve, and the largest pressure is 25 MPA.
3. GLG—201-2, it is applied in mediapressure valve, and the largest pressure is 15 MPA.
4. GLG—201-3, GLG—201 E, they are applied in medium-speed pump and mediapressure valve, and the largest pressure is 15 MPA.

VI. GLG-201 G:
graphite packing without loss of weight on ignition: its raw material is flexible graphite, and it is a kind of packing reinforced by high quality carbon fiber with high modulus, without loss of weight on ignition. When it is used in valve, preloading once is enough. And it is suitable for the sealing of static stuffing in high temperature. |
